Welcome back. In the first module we named the problem. You see the risk first and can act on it least, the gap runs six to ten weeks, and measuring it harder does not close it. This module is about the single shift that turns that problem from impossible into buildable.

It is the most important idea in the whole course, so we will say it plainly and then spend the module earning it. Stop trying to be the one who acts. Become the one who makes action possible at scale.
