Welcome to the second move: Recognize. In the last module you learned to spot the signal, the quiet change that says a good person is starting to slip. This module is about what you do with that signal before you do anything else.
A signal tells you that something is going on. It does not tell you what. Recognize is the move where you slow down and figure out what is actually happening, so that when you finally act, you act on the real thing.
