Welcome to the third move: Plan. You have spotted the signal and you have an honest read of what is likely going on. Now comes the part most people skip. They go straight from a hunch to a hallway conversation, with no plan at all, and it shows.
A few minutes of planning is the difference between a conversation that helps and one that quietly makes things worse. This module is short and practical. By the end you will know how to plan one good conversation, including the one question you must never ask.
